This policy explains what data the WhatsApp and website chat virtual assistant processes, what it is used for and how you can request its deletion.
1. Data we process
When you message the assistant on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages. In this website's chat we only process the messages you type; no sign-up data is requested.
2. How we use it
Only to answer your questions, keep the context of the conversation and, if you ask, hand the conversation over to a team member. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
3. Service providers
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive messages; Google (Gemini) and Groq to generate AI responses; Vercel to host the service; and Google (Gmail) to notify the team when you ask to talk to a person. Each provider processes data under its own policies.
4. Retention
Conversation history is kept temporarily in server memory only while you are being assisted and is automatically deleted when the service restarts. Alerts emailed to the team may include the latest messages of the conversation.
5. Security
Communications use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access keys are stored as protected server variables.
6. Data deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing cmpv.ingsistemas@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your phone number. We will process the request within 30 days.
